My Story
From Setup to Strategic Transformation and Industrial Mastery
My career began by establishing the foundational HR infrastructure for a new apparel company in an international market, handling initial administrative setup, organizational basics, and internal communication flow. This foundation evolved into a broad generalist role, managing the full employee lifecycle, spearheading comprehensive Induction and Benefits Management, and coordinating critical Internal Communications and Events.
I achieved mastery in Learning & Development (L&D) across all organizational levels, ensuring programs met rigorous Compliance and established robust Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards.
A core focus of my expertise is driving holistic Organizational and Workforce Transformation. I leveraged proven Change Management methodologies to guide the business through critical pivots, including successfully executing the shift between various work arrangements (remote, hybrid, RTO) and ensuring all transitions and associated legal arrangements meticulously adhered to local government and labour standards.
I demonstrated resilience and strategic leadership during crises, managing HR functions through periods of Industrial Restlessness and navigating the complex response to the COVID-19 pandemic. Throughout these challenges, I actively shaped a progressive workplace culture by championing high-impact Employee Engagement and visible Gender Empowerment and Recognition initiatives.
My strategic expertise culminates in deep proficiency in Industrial Relations (IR), successfully managing complex Trade Union engagements and leading sensitive Collective Bargaining agreements, ensuring sustainable labor peace and productivity.
